It's a great gesture that you have shared this story with all on citeHR. I have read half of this book and because of some reason couldn't complete it. Now, I just came across your message and am glad that I found it. I will surely read this story and complete it this time. Anyways, in my current organization, which has been taken over, I am facing a lot of change. Will this story be helpful in coping with the change?
