Facing Problem With Filling Annual Return (Form IV) Under Payment Of Wages Act, 1936

Dear Senior,
I am facing a problem while filling Annual Return (Form - IV) under Payment of Wages Act, 1936. I could not understand the term - NON PROFIT SHARING BONUS. Can anyone please tell me whether Non Profit Sharing Bonus is Statutory Bonus or something else?
I also attach Form - IV & highlighted the confusing terms..

Yes, non profit sharing bonus is statutory or fixed bonus, distance from incentives which are considered as profit sharing bonus
