Dear All, Presently we have two signatories in EPFO. One is Managing Director and another is CFO. Now our Managing Director is resigned and CFO become one of the Director. Please tell me what are the procedure to be followed to change the following EPFO:
1. Remove the name of managing director
2. Change the designation of CFO to director
3. Add another director

Request for a board resolution for the changes. Accept the resignation and authorize another for specific signing activity. With the expert copy of the resolution (duly attested by company secretary) forward to RPF commissioner's office with a cover note.
