Dear All, I am working with a real estate (Pvt. Ltd.) company which has a turnover of Rs. 90 Cr. As per the leave policy, our employees are eligible for 12 earned leaves, 6 medical leaves, and 6 casual leaves in a year. My management is forcing me to reduce the number of leaves, which is not employee-friendly.

Minimum Leave Requirements in Pvt. Ltd. Companies

I would request you to please let me know if there is any act which states the minimum numbers of medical leaves and casual leaves in a Pvt. Ltd. company?

For Maharashtra Shop & Establishment Act there are 21 leaves to be provided as PL alongwith 03/04 ( Need to recheck ) minimum Compulsory National Holidays.
