Employees are linking his Aadhaar card with UAN through online by using this link (https://iwu.epfindia.gov.in/eKYC/LinkUanAadhaar).
But employees are failed to link PAN Card and Bank account with UAN.
In this case, Can employee avail online PF services like online transfer/claim without employer help.
Is Aadhaar card linking enough to avail online PF services

Dear Mr. Thirumurugan,
For availing online benefit updation of Pan Card and Bank details are compulsory. Thus, you need to see what is the problem that is been faced by your employees while updating these details and put it in writing and submit it to PF office if you are unable to resolve the problem at your end.

aadhar linking is just to prevent the fraud and linking of pension fund contribution from GOI, member has to ensure that they have everything correct in their UAN profile , viz bank account, pan, aadhar , gender, dob, date of joining etc
apart from this, member has to link their aadhaar with the mobile to avail the Digital Claims
