Hello, Im looking forward to create an ESS in my company. Though i learned through a few discussion and documents on this platform and others on how to come with up with an ESS questionnaire and the areas to concentrate upon. I'm still doubtful on how to rate the scores and how to analyze it and interpret the results.

It all depends upon the type of survey (Closed- ended or open-ended) that you will conduct?
Hence, please check the web and let us know, which type you will use and why. I have used both types for measuring Service quality and also for assessing students' expectation and satisfaction with teaching sessions.
