I am a recruitment consultant. Recently I got a request from my CEO to draft a request to collaborate with external agencies who can in turn help us hire better professionals from abroad. I was wondering if some one could help me here to draft a suitable request letter or provide me related links in order to get a better idea.

You may discuss with your CEO about the draft. Ask him what points he would like to include. Based on his inputs, you may upload the draft on this forum. Some senior like me will correct the draft thereafter.
We the members of this forum are outsiders and do not know the background of the case or your requirement. Therefore, at this stage it may not be possible to provide the in suggestions.
