You may discuss with your CEO about the draft. Ask him what points he would like to include. Based on his inputs, you may upload the draft on this forum. Some seniors like me will correct the draft thereafter.
We, the members of this forum, are outsiders and do not know the background of the case or your requirements. Therefore, at this stage, it may not be possible to provide suggestions.
