I am looking out for few freshers in my company, with a salary less or around 10 K. Incase if we hire the employees on contractual basis, is there a need to do the deductions in their salary?(deductions like PF,PT,ESIC and LWF) as we have them for other confirmed employees.
You have to effect the statutory deductions whether on rolls or on contract unless u hire them as trainees and pay stipend and of course soon after absorption, the statutory deduction has to be done. .
