We are a newly established manufacturing company and we are now recruiting key people for our company.
For initial operations we have recruited HR manager, Finance manager, Project Manager and one advisor.
Now we are using a Company Secretary from a consultant. I have a doubt that since the Finance Manager is with Company Secretary Certified person, the Finance Manager can act as our internal Company Secretary as well Finance Manager post.
Could you please advise any compliance issue on that. Also please note we will use a third party for Auditing purpose.
