ESIC: The situation is before 8 months a new employee joined our organization at that time the ex-hr executive had submitted information on ESIC site but did not download the Pehchan form which should be submitted by employee along with his photos to local ESIC office and which he had not done. Now what can be done to again submit Pehchan Form again as I have no clue from where I can get that Form again from ESIC site. Or any other way to do so?
