why is this hectic and irrelevant question, give you relief order to the employee and inform the customer, if he is permanent employment attracting usual regulations adhere to the regulations otherwise giving relief immediately with benefits as per your company/organisation rules will prove good to you, as regard, informing the customer, your relationship and the employee relationship with the customer and you have to be met with, and this can be done on merit..
