Hi,
I would like to ask for your suggestions. In my organisation the HR department was not exist in past, but after appointing HR executive the company want to issue appointment letter to all staff members,but in past no one has issued appointment letters,so what would be the process to issue appointment letter in back dated joining date and salary.
a. Joining dates
b. Previous salaries
c. Previous designation.
Kindly help me in above points.
