Hi, all...
I am working in a startup company with 30 employees(mostly freshers). I have done induction program for freshers and also have taken sessions on email etiquette, etc. but the management wants me to take a mentor/trainer role for bringing more professionalism among the freshers. I joined the company as a fresher and I was not given any training. Since I am the only hr in the company I have no one to help in this.
Please give me guidance in which all areas I should focus, if possible!

Since it is a startup the basic etiquette like dresscode,email,interacting with co colleagues, punctuality & discipline, prioritizing & accomplishing the given task on time,team work etc.
