Hi all....m a 31 years old housewife. Have prior experience as programming language trainer for 4 years and one year php developer experience. I want to restart my career in hr field. Can anyone give me correct guidance in this regard. Does companies hire candidates for executive posts at 30 + age? Should I go for generaliats or executive or technical recuiter's profile?

When you apply for some post in HR, who would be other candidates who apply for the same post? Assume that others are also 31. In that case, few will have about 8-10 years experience after their graduation or post-graduation. Those who did MBA or MSW will have about 7-8 years experience after acquiring this higher qualification. Therefore, who will have better chance of getting selected? Please ponder over it.
Secondly, starting career as Technical Recruiter. Again in this case also, you would be starting with a clean slate of your career. Your competing candidates will be 7-8 years younger to you. Since they are stepping into their career, they could be paid least. In your case, will you be able to come down to that level? Please decide. To what extent your experience of trainer can come handy for recruiting work, that you would know best. By the way, recruiter's job is absolutely monotonous and beyond a point there is no growth. Many recruiters regret for choosing wrong career path.
As a third option, will it be possible to go back to your training field? What are the limitations? Can you learn new technology and conduct the training? I ask these questions as you have training skills and it is just a question of continuing in the same technology or change of technology. Mastering training skills is not that easy. Changing the career would mean abandoning these skills, which you have cultivated assiduously.
