In our factory some of the workers joined and formed the union. They have some conditions to the management to fullfill there demands. Now the management is decide to tranfer one employee to another department, but employee is not like to work in that department. the union members are strike for the same. tranfer decision is management side. what we are doing now.. please give some suggestions .
Note : I am not a HR and i am working as a safety officer
