Hello Everyone, I work for a Japanese IT firm as an HR Executive based in Pune, MH. I have to plan an event 3 or 4 times a year outside the office. Having a Japanese boss, it is always a challenge to impress him with the hard work that is put into planning these events every time. * Purpose - I have to plan a party for 6 month-ends in March.
* Requirements -
1) A quiet place where everyone can talk among themselves and exchange chats.
2) The place should be sophisticated.
3) The place should be enjoyable and fun for everyone.
4) I have to plan an event (speech or anything) in such a way that no one is bored, as everyone tends to get bored after half an hour (especially non-alcoholic employees).
5) Prepare content for the plan for the evening party.
So, can anyone help me with a nice speech or any kind of activity that can engage all 20 employees for 4 hours (7:00 pm to 10:00 pm)? Please help with your ideas.
