I am working for MNC, recently joined the Company.
So, please help me how to calcute the CTC break up with Basic 50% and 30% and HRA as 40% for the CTC 5.8 and 2.4 lacs p.a
Suggestion change in the pattern of CTC break so that its tax friendly and maximum in hand is received
The company is now planning to do TDS deductions . So shall i suggest the company to make deductions in one shot in the month of march or shall I request them to make deductions for each month.

I know its pretty late reply.
But for learning I am sharing my views.
If you are in manufacturing industry and provide uniforms to employees. You can create a components on Uniform allowances and education allowances which is exempt from Income tax act.
