Thanks a ton for the 10 lac break-up. Is it possible to have a break-up for 7.8 lakhs? Is it worth including a bonus to avoid tax in the CTC? I am working in NGO consulting; can I benefit from telephone bills, medical expenses, etc.? Could you please let me know the breakdown of Basic, HRA, and annual benefits? Would really appreciate your help :-)
