I have been looking after the Salary process of the employees of my company. Since UAN process , the pf withdrawl work has became difficult , as the department do not accept the pf claim without UAN no. and what my problem is many of our employee had left their job more than 3 year . now as per the new portal , when we register an employee , the UAN no is alloted immediately but at the same time it will issue the PF no depends on what last no u have issued.
Now i i register them for UAN, they will get new PF no . in that case i will not be able to help them in withdrawing their PF . can any one of u help me in the same as they have been waiting for their withdrawl since long.

then proceed for know your UAN status, they will ask for all basic data, and mobile no. if UAN is already alloted, then they will send the same to the mobile no entered
if not then they will register the request and in two /three days the employee would get UAN on the mobile no given
