Dear Cite HR members,

The attached document "Career Management Guide" is a career guidance issued among the government employees in South Australia. It provides an A to Z guidance to your career with the help of Charts, Examples, Illustrations, etc...

From top to bottom, each and every page should be given equal importance. Only a few notes are related to their government law.

The illustrations in this book give life to this book. Enjoy reading it and keep it as a guide with you.

Important Note: The attached document produced and published by the Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment, South Australia is copyright protected, not to be sold.

Thanks Mammu, It’s something useful you posted this time. As you made it as poll thread, people forget your useful guide you attached. Very useful guide it is! I agree. Sathya

I am sorry to tell you that I have only read around 15-17 pages so far from this guide. (I noted down some important lines from there). Anyhow, I don't have anything to do with it in my present job location.

Regarding Mr. Joshua... it is simple, go to all of his posts (only 3 are there!)

Dear other members, whoever didn't participate in the poll, please participate to get a picture of the mentality of HR Professionals.

Dear All,

I have keenly followed your discussions and various thoughts expressed by numerous HR specialists. I work in an IT Infotech Product Co in Mumbai and have a vacancy for a Senior HR Executive/Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience as a Generalist. Presently, the screening process is ongoing, and we are receiving numerous candidates for the position but have yet to shortlist one for the final interview. CVs of interested HR personnel can be sent to [email protected] Website: sds.co.in.

I further request all HR Managers, especially those located in Hyderabad, to give an opportunity to a needy lady, Mrs. Amulya, whose husband (working with M&M) was involved in a serious road accident and is now fully paralyzed from the neck down. The lady is an MBA (Finance) with over 5 years of experience. I am attaching her CV for your reference (which contains her contact details as well).

Warm Regards,
Neeraj

Dear Neeraj,

I had passed Amulya's details to one of my close friends who also hails from Hyderabad. His good name is Vidyanath Astakala. He assured me of helping Amulya to the extent possible, as he has a few friends working in reputable organizations in Hyderabad. Hope for the best and sincere wishes for the earliest recovery of Amulya's husband.

Pawan

Kutty... We have to do this. Left with no choice. Only 3 Indians are included in the list. The process is almost finished. People should know what is taking place around.
