Hai dear sir and madam, i joined as a HR. In that company i want to maintain attendance in excel sheet,but some emplooyees are works in home itself with related their projects.so how can i maintain their attendance please advice me.

Ask them to send you their login and logout time for every working day via official mail with the CC of their Project Leader/ Supervisor. And In same Excel sheet make another section of WFH (work from home) and mark them with their login and logout Time .

& even you can send out a mail to all employees stating that when ever they opt WFH option they should mark HR also in a mail,so that it should not be LOP.
and even you can keep the attendance register in Front office & ask the employees to enter their login & Logout details after that you can have a entry of it by weekly once.
