I have downloaded "Active Member details csv "file from EPFO portal. For many employees, it is showing either incomplete data or "NOT AVAILABLE".
How to complete it ? Is there any any option to upload all correct entries thru portal via excel file ? Pls. advise.
Also, pls. advise when an employee joins, (his UAN is not there), how to upload his returns {As UAN based ECR now}. Same with the resigned employee. How to show its exit ?

the error is found as the employer has not completed the annexure II of missing details in old portal, now the employer has to write the EPFO regarding the correct values of missing details, they will update the same , within 2 weeks, missing details does not have any direct relation with the ECR filing"
for new entry collect all KYC documents and go to add member , fill all details and the KYC (aadhaar/ Pan/Bank details including ISFC code) documents at once, including the mobile no, and gross wages per month
if the member has old uan then click on existing member at the time of adding, and mention old UAN
after successful addition, check the details in pending for approval, and if found correct , then approve, if found incorrect then edit, and approve .
Please note that this data is non editable at later stage anytime.
