Shrikant_praIf performance was not up to mark, the shortcomings should have been discussed & recorded. At least discussed. Unless the performance evaluation parameters are known to employees, how can they work towards achieving them.

We have discussed with employee as well as HOD but i need some other way that we can judge about his performance. For Example when we asked about his behavior to other sporting department head then they did not have any complete against him.So sir i want to know that how we can identify employee performance .
The performance review/appraisal is not available as tailor made. It should be designed to suit ones nature of co, work assignments, time line and so many other parameters. Simply making it available does't serve the purpose. Moreover the subject matter was discussed several times in these forum and if you search thru' you'll be flooded with lots of responses and earlier discussions on the subject. Try to put your efforts and find out from the boxes herein provided above and on the sides of your screen very conveniently classified.
