What is the difference between EDLI and ESIC I am little confused both payment provided in which condition?

There is only a death benefit in EDLI. However, there are many benefits in ESI other than death, such as sickness, accident, maternity, and funeral.

EDLI comes under the EPF Act, and it is mandatory for an employer to cover all employees in this scheme. Meanwhile, ESIC is a separate welfare act where both the employer and employee contribute to the scheme.
