I am working in a Software Company @ Ahmedabad.
I have some vacancies as Marketing Executives (Freshers), Developers (Experienced) and other senior positions.
I am using the job portal of Times job which is not satisfactory.
Also I am using free job posting portals for the same.
But not able to close any of the position as per deadline.
Please help me out of this situation.

Dear members,
One of the members of this forum has raised query on the challenges that he is facing in the recruitment of the software professionals or marketing personnel for his company. Instead of providing a solution, recruitment companies are using this thread to advertise services of their company. Replies that promoted recruitment company's business are deleted and these will be deleted in future also.
