Can a company terminate an employee who has been working with them for 10 years on a contract basis? The contract is renewed every 3 years. If terminated, what are the compensation possibilities? If not satisfied, can it be challenged in court?

If someone works as a contract employee for more than ten years, what benefits can they expect?
