Hi all,
I am Tejeshri. I completed my MBA in finance in January 2016 and got placed in an investment bank as an Operations Executive. I worked there for 6 months but recently left my job. I have always had an interest in building my career in HR. Due to my parents' request, I pursued an MBA in finance. However, now I feel like I made a mistake, and I am planning to start my career in HR. Can somebody help me out with this?

Thank you, Jeevarathnam, for sharing your opinion. I will definitely start going through HR modules and simultaneously start searching for good options. However, I just want to know, is it necessary to start an HR career by working in consultancy? I am actually interested in recruitment and performance management areas. Can someone advise me on this?
