Dear Sir/Madam
I am basically a trainer and got promoted as an HR Manager since 3 yrs in a well known retail outlet in Tamilnadu. Now the company have initiated a decision of setting up a dedicated training setup which includes all the different wings of training and development through me and being away from training from quite some time have took me away from core area and even I have set few things from my end to but to be sure I am not at all confident that It will convince my top management in any ways. As I said before that it is a well performing retail company and want to boost their employees performance by all best possible ways and demands me to present a training plan or Performance tweaking programme. Need all professionals help here to the core...
