One of our company driver with us for 4 years and everytime we deduct the advance amount from his salary, he gets offended and for a week or so he gets down and in a bad mood which can be fetal.
This time also he didn't come to the office after the salary day, CTC for him is Rs.7000 inspite of his illiteracy. His only + are he is not addicted to anything and he is honest. Now we don't want to sack him but want to take an action please help me to sort this problem. If anybody can suggest a kind of contract paper it will be a real help.

Hi JC,
You can mention the articles in the contract such as:
1. Most imp point is his Contact Details(Address Current & Permanent), Contact numbers should be properly verified.
2. No criminal record should be there against him.
3. Not allowed to Drink or Smoke while driving (as my friends has already mentioned)
4. Visitors should not be allowed in presence of any employee.
5. Elegible to take only 1or2 leaves (as per your policy weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) excluding sundays or dependent.
6. Should drive in mentioned speed only (you can specify here max speed)
7. Can take advance salary(mention the fixed amountor percentage of salary) only once in a quater. In case of emmergency, twice or whole salary or dependent on case to case.
8. You can include few deductions such as PF, ESI and few more as well(if you are having such policies in your company).
For further details or exact formate you can refer google or earlier posts in citehr as well.
Thanks & Regards
