Is the Bonus Act Applicable to a Firm with 17 Employees Under the Shop and Commercial Establishment Act?


Dear Seniors, Our firm is registered under shop & commercial establishment act with having employee strength 17. pls let me know whether the bonus act is applicable to our firm or not?

In our opinion, your establishment is not covered under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 as you are not employing twenty or more employees in an accounting year.
