Hi, I am a state transport PSU employee who joined in 2013 and completed probation in 2015. At the time of joining, I submitted a bond for 5 years stating an amount of Rupees 60,000/- (i.e., 1000 rupees will be deducted for each month of service until 5 years) as asked by PSU. The condition was that I should not apply for any job until the bond period is over, and if I wish to apply, I should submit my resignation.
Now, my issue is that I have applied for a central government job notification, and the notification states that I have to produce an N.O.C at the time of the interview & certificate verification if employed in government/PSU. I am willing to pay the amount before going to the interview if required by my employer for obtaining the NOC, which I would take after returning from the interview.

1) Can I get an N.O.C from my present employer for attending the job interview/exam?

I qualified for a bank exam and applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC), but the exact date was not mentioned. They may issue it on the 15th of December. Is there any validity for the mentioned interview date, whether it is before or after the specified date? For example, if the interview is scheduled for the 22nd or the 8th, is it considered valid?
