I have recently recruited as HR assistant in a IT company . Kindly let me know as per hierarchy ..... what is my position ?? is it same as HR Executive or it is different ? please tell me with the hierarchy and scope to start with HR Assistant ......what are further leaders i will be going through.

Hi Grades & positions varies form company to company.
But in general The starting profile will be as HR Executive then it follows the hierarchy such as Sr. Executive-HR Officer-Deputy/Asst. Manager-Manager-Sr. Manager etc
But there is no any fixed hierarchy in all the companies
