The PMS developed by you looks great. But most of the TLs/ Managers find it cumbersome to fill such lengthy forms and then they start giving points without thinking to just finish the peocess.
Is there any way that we can keep the PMS process short and simple but with the same approach..?
The Apparisal Form designed by you is realy very good and it contains mostly all the required contents. Only one part is missing, Training : Identification of Training needs, Future Potential , & Skill Enhancement and Superiors Remarks, you have to added in the above form.
But I am not be able to understand the calculations in this like:
could you please explain this....So I can understand this thoroughly
