Hi All, I am looking for some legal help from this forum. If possible, please help me in the following matter.

I worked for a software company (EOK Technologies Infosystems Pvt. Ltd., 3rd Floor, JQ Chambers, Jayabheri Enclave, Plot No: 5, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500 032, India. Phone: +91 40 69406960 to 69406975, CEO-Umesh Prabhu) for 1 year as a Sr. Software Engineer. I resigned from my job on 10 Feb 2016, and I served a notice period of 1 month and 2 days. While resigning, they promised me that they would pay the final settlement amount and relieve me on 11 Mar 2016.

I received the service letter, clearance letter, and relieving letter from the company, but until now, I haven't received any amount. I have escalated this matter to the higher-level management, but they are also not replying to my emails and phone calls. They haven't even picked up my phone.

Please help me with the following details: Chinmaya Parija [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons] [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons]

Thank you.

Follow-Up and Legal Action Advice

Just send some follow-up gentle reminder emails regarding the FnF (Full and Final) amount and keep everything documented. If they don't reply, then you can proceed with legal action. But make sure all proofs are with you.

Don't take legal action as a first resort, as in India, the justice process is slow, and it takes years to resolve issues. Try to settle the issue with mutual understanding. If that doesn't work out, then you can opt for legal action as a last resort for breach of contract, mental harassment, financial loss, etc.

All the best!
