my last employer has not paid me F&F settlement amount due to financial crisis issue.Already 3 months passed in this matter. can i go for legal actions?

Has your former employer got the will and intention to clear your FNF on his own? If he is facing financial issues, even legal action may not help. Keep pressing him in writing about dues, and as a last resort, take legal action depending on how big the amount of FNF is. Lawyer fees and other court expenditures may sometimes amount to more than FNF in some cases. See the cost-benefit ratio before hiring a lawyer.
