Move BPO to IT - what more do i need to do, like MSC. IT for higher positions?

Hi, I am really confuse regarding my jobs. as i have 2years of experience in BPO and i am working as seneir excutive. however i have pursuing hardware and networking from jetking and its about finish. I am really confuse i should move in IT industry or not or whats scope in networking. if i will move in IT what more i need to do like msc. it etc for higher positions besides it i am getting 17k from current job which i will not get initially in IT industry because my experience will not be counted on IT. please please suggest me right way.
