Our proprietary firm has PF and ESIC registration in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Now, the firm has been converted into a company and has changed its registered office to Buldhana District, Maharashtra.
Please confirm whether PF and ESIC registration will be applicable to this region or provide a list of regions where it is applicable. Also, what is the procedure for converting a proprietary firm to a company regarding PF and ESIC documents, registration certificate, and transferring registration from one jurisdiction to another?

When you change your registered office, you have to make changes to your MoA. Submit the changed documents (copies) along with a letter to all the compliance offices (PF and ESIC). That should sort you out.
