To design the KRAs mere reading the Job Description is not sufficient. One has to understand completely how the department functions. We need to map all the processes from one end to other end. KRAs are designed for the department and then these are assigned to the persons working in the department.
What is your designation? Designing the KRAs is the job of HOD of that department. Are you head of Logistic department? Why Head SCM or Head Purchase is not designing the KRAs for Logistic Executive?
Anyway, based on the little bit information that you have given, I can say that following could be the KRAs of Logistic Executive:
a) Turnaround time to ship the shipment _____ hours per ton.
b) Accuracy of the paperwork per shipment ≥ _____ %
c) Maintaining logistic cost per ton ≤ Rs _____
d) Turnaround time to settle the insurance claim _____ days per shipment
e) Accuracy of the outward invoice ≥ _____ %
For Admin Executive it is difficult to design the KRAs. Admin function is diverse and many activities are immeasurable.
