Kindly draft a letter to the employer (Company) to change your correct name in the PF account. Please also attach your ID proof showing the correct name. This can be your Voter's ID, Driver's License, Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Ration Card, etc. Thank you.

Hi You can change the name using UAN portal or you can get it changed form the department
