I need your guidance in below mentioned case.
We are a group of companies running 5 different businesses (companies) under the one roof. We have two employees in one company. The employees are demanding to star PF deduction & management is also willing to start their PF deduction.
But can we ope PF account for that company as the employee strength is below 10.
Kindly suggest the right way.
