My pvt Ltd company locked out last July 2015 and before closing my 5 months salary also dues .management has said to all lower staff to stay at home and when we called you come. But all senior staff go to regular even before closing at company and now their head office. When we are known then we are go to head office our MD couldn't want to meet.In my company locked out due to workmanship strike for salary hike.what we do that conditions?For getting full and final. What and where we go in Kolkata. Please help and guide me.

Unless knowing full subject matter, it would be difficult to comment upon.
However, to tell you, lock-out means temporary closing of a place of employment, or the suspension of work, or the refusal by an employer to continue to employ any number of persons employed by him. Due to lock-out employer-employee relationship does not come to an end and therefore, there is no question of full and final settlement.
It seems your employer has declared lock-out in consequent to strike by employees to which you are not party. Under the circumstances, you, means your set of employees, need to consult any lawyer and decide your future course of action as to whether to join striking employees or not.
You need to take the steps very carefully.
