Dear Seniors,
i have some queers regarding leave management under factory or minimum wages act,
1 how many days are required working in a week for entitlement of weekly off .
2 can weekly holiday / Factory Holiday Fall in the mid of PL . is it is consider or not ?
3 After Cl can employees entitle for for clump Sl in continues.

Hi,
Please correct the word "of" in the title... I think this of means different than your intent.
1. I don't think weekly 'statutory' holiday can be cancelled based on work-days in a week. You can even define '4 days work - 3 days off' in the policy.
On the other hand, I am sure you cannot show all 7 days as work days.
2. Depends on your company policy definition.
3. Depends on your company policy definition & management discretion.
