Hi all, Can anyone please help me out in knowing the scope and direction to get in corporate Training & Development deptt. I am new to this forum. I am MBA-HR & having a around 3+ years of experience in core HR, Generalist area, recruitment & admin. Now, would like to be a corporate Trainer. I would really appreciate if anyone will guide me for this??
