My name is Anil Im working in logistics Company a few month as a HR Deptt. Only me handle the all hr activity in our company ,But Yesterday my Boss said to me please release the Increment detail in our staff . So what we will do in this case please suggest me. i have no idea in this matter how to check the whos employee not received the increment Amount ? Please help me .

First and foremost looks like you are lost in HR Department. Do you have more employees working in HR Department if so they must have complete record of all the employees who are hired and when was the last increment given. If you do not have the files up to date then your Accounts Section will have the details when (month and year) increment given.
