Is this some hypothetical question or you work in e-commerce company? If latter, then you could have told us what kind of e-commerce your company handles. What software do you use to service your customers? How demand to delivery is handled?
For average e-commerce company, you may train your staffs on warehouse management, inventory management, demand forecasting etc. However, all these are high-end trainings. For low-end training programmes local institutes are available in each major city.
