I am Manpreet,i am appointed as HR in manufacturing industry. Please help me as I framed the HR policies in this company but i don't know how to implement this in the company that everyone follows the policies bçoz the policies are framed but there is no implementation. Please Tell me how to implement these policies strictly in the company that everyone is having the fear in their mind for not obeying the policies...

As you are entered into the new IT company first of all you need to know the company profile and the company vision,mission,objectives etc.,
According to that to meet them you are required to frame the HR policies to achieve them.
After that you need to know and identify what type of people will be asset to your organization as it is in new establishment.
With identifying them you can easily frame policies and procedures that suits your company.

Ur query reg. Framing HR Policies .
HRManager has to Draft HR Policies after GM/MD giving dtls. of Cos.Profile, Vision, Mission, Obj., Total Manpower reqd, Posts, Levels/Grades, Salary Band, Benefits, Facilities etc.
HRM to ask GM/MD
a. What Policies are tobe adopted;
b. Whether HRM to Draft or hire Consultant &
start as appd by GM.
For Big Co.with 100+ employees, better to hire Consultant with 20+ yrs exp. in labour intensive Mfg.Co./Estt.s who must have handled all HR Situations. He must frame Policies for the interest of Co, its employees, Complying with Labour Acts, viz-a-viz similar Cos. in theneighbourhood as HR Policies will affect Co.Reputation & its employees Morale & Retention.
