there is a recent amendment in coverage of Payment of wages and Payment of banus act., which is not included here. This presentation is pretty old and several times different members has posted it.

thanks for such nice information, hope this i have seen from various forum members..people are repeating with different names.......... How ever its very appreciate, TRY TO INCLUDE THE LATEST AMENDMENTS, then only it will be really come into use in PRESENT.....

Dear Deepa, That definetly was extremely informative however there is a doubt existing regarding the ceiling in Payment of Wages Act. has the amount been increased to Rs 10,000/-? Regards. Susej

But I think you forgot to update on ESI part that now coverage has been extended to Rs. 15000 w.e.f May '10.
