Does it is mandatory to obtain Form F - Nomination Form of each employee to be held on record.?
Does it is mandatory to Give Notice of Opening to respective area Controlling Authority ?
Does it is mandatory to display Notice about Authorised Representative to receive Notice under Rule 4 ?
Does it is mandatory to inform the controlling authority about settlement / Payment made toward Gratuity.
