How to make understand employee importance of Event organized for them i.e Birthday Celebration. They feel it is a waste of time. What are the other events which can be organized for them.

Who feel that it is waste of time? the management or the employees themselves? Please be clear to the readers while raising a doubt or query to enable them to understand the issue properly. If the employees so feel, how can you engage them in some thing in which they are disinterested.? Have you found out what interests them?. How the members find this out?.
